Today, I'm off to the second WeAll Cymru Festival of Ideas.

I've written a piece about how @publicmap.bsky.social speaks to the Wellbeing Economy agenda and is a tangible tool and set of practices that contribute to shifting the system.

Public Map: helping to realise a wellbeing economy
Imagine.  Go on, take a minute.  Close your eyes.  Breathe…  …and imagine a world where people feel secure in their basic comforts and can use their creative energies to support…

A rare foray into the wild for me.

It was a privilege to speak at the @publicmap.bsky.social on inclusive public engagement with the title “Whose voices matter?”

I know we’re not disembodied voices. I’m still wondering what I could have used as a more accurate title. Maybe insights? Or knowledge?

Llongyfarchiadau mawr to the children at Y Bont!

We’re so happy that they chose to create a map for their Eisteddfod entry and even more thrilled for their success and opportunity to exhibit their work at the Eisteddfod.

Da iawn. Rili hyfryd.
Look what I came across in the Pafiliwn Celf at the Urdd Eisteddfod!

A 2D map of Ynys Môn created by pupils from Canolfan Addysg y Bont - a school we, @publicmap.bsky.social, have been working with. Love that they chose to map!

Llongyfarchiadau to the children on their success at the ‘Steddfod 🙌🏻 🥉

A privilege to share our work at the ‘A Healthier, Wealthier, and Fairer Wales’ conference today.

Lovely to meet lots of people committed, like us, to exploring ways to engage inclusively and where children’s rights and social justice are central to a hopeful future.

Our project is rooted in Cymru. The idea stemmed from our wonderful colleagues at Cyngor Ynys Môn and further developed with them.

There’s a reason why the island is known as Gwlad y Medra and is the perfect place to pilot our innovative approaches.
