Lack of agency staff - like for endangered species critical habitat enforcement - risks real to harm our most vulnerable species.

The Center for Biological Diversity and San Pedro 100 sued Arizona Department of Water Resources Director Tom Buschatzke today for failing to review adequate water supply designations for 55 Fort Huachuca/Sierra Vista-area subdivisions.

Here, a bad shot of a Cape May Warbler yesterday (25 May 25) along the San Juan River in Bears Ears National Monument — very unusual and exciting to see this bird so far outside its usual range.

We’ll see.

Mildly refreshing — like stepping out of an outhouse — to see Zinke maybe trying to remove something other than national monuments, methane waste prevention, or NEPA for oil gas leasing.
