Diagonis? 'Trigger finger' due to inflammation in the hand.
Treatment? Steroid shot.

Dermatology Update: After my skin cancer surgery on my chest in 2021 I get body scans every six months. Today's session was a good sign. Just two small spots to freeze. One on my forehead and one on my right arm. If you're over 40 you need to get a dermatologist. Now.

Back at the gym after a holiday break. Didn't gain any weight during the break and my strength and endurance seem good. Now I intend to string together a few months of unbroken workout commitment as I focus on my well-being. I will grow old gracefully. Not bad for 60. 💪 @crunchfitness.bsky.social
