Took my drone out again today to document the turnout in my blue heaven. About 3,000 local citizens showed up in this city of 10,000 to express their love for our constitution and our country. So proud of you Port Townsend WA!

Uplifting AF at a time it was needed. Port Townsend WA stands up! Drone footage I shot at today's event. As I posted earlier over a 2k turnout, 20% of our city's population to #protest not just peacefully, but joyfully. Thanks to #indivisible for organizing.

Got the drone out again for our local No Kings protest. Over 2k turned out in our 10k community. Thanks to #Indivisible for organizing it.

So heartening to have this kind of turnout in our town, especially on Easter weekend. I shot footage on the ground and in the air. About 1200 participants at its peak. Lots of waves and support from the traffic driving by. I'm very lucky to live in WA. Something I appreciate more every day.

Another weekend in my amazing Blue community. ~1200 came out to express their support for Due Process & the Rule of Law. That's ~ 12% of our city's population. Here's one of my drone images. Video to follow eventually.

The WaPo has truly fallen. It's neither the first, nor will it be the last media icon to drown in the libertarian, right wing swill that pervades corporate "journalism". It's been painful to watch but there are other voices rising. Support independent journalism. Support integrity.

Took my drone out to document today's 50501 Demonstration for our local Indivisible organization. About 800 people came out in our blue 10k town. We may be a boomer-centric community but we're not too old to fight back.

While you might not even realize it, the CFPB has kept money in your pockets that the banks, insurance companies, and credit card purveyors were trying to steal from you. That’s why they want it gone. Don’t let them kill it.

I retired from teaching in 2019, just before Covid hit. I wanted a photo project I could do at home in lockdown. Bighead & Ada were a nesting pair of crows I'd fed and interacted with for almost a decade. They, and their murder became the project. I always think of this image as my Xmas crow.
