Hard agree that - ironically - many of these Northern European cities that have gotten much more bike-friendly over time are no longer suitable to be the ending for some of these traditional races (especially ones with that tend to end in large bunch sprints).

They're terrible for huge pelotons, but are absolutely critical for making roads safe for bikes in any other circumstance.

The last 30k is reliably great. That's all I ever watch. Why would you watch anything more?

Hindsight, the attacks didn't stick and so she would have been better off just riding, but she's probably not the top sprinter there and trying to make an attack stick made sense. Maybe should've attacked harder over Kerstraat?
