I have no patience for this temporizing. People are being summarily shipped off into slavery in central america under the imprimatur of the US government right now. Canada—Canada!—is putting itself on a war footing. We’ve been off the map and in uncharted territory for the last 250 miles.

One challenge going forward is that right wingers live in their own Fox Bubble. That creates a real cognitive problem with getting right wingers to act.
If members of Congress—like Rep. Grothman —are this clueless about what the man who is dismantling our government is saying and promising, they don’t deserve to keep their jobs!

One challenge going forward is that right wingers live in their own Fox Bubble. That creates a real cognitive problem with getting right wingers to act.
Perhaps being reactionary isn’t the best way to stop a coup. Maybe a congressperson can muster some Capital Police to go somewhere Doge hasn’t and physically prevent them from accessing servers. Force the issue into the judicial system and to the forefront of the media.
