I have awesome friends who think about me even thousands of miles away. My favorite con-roomie got me an awesome haul from Japan, and then sent it to me.

Yesterday this was a whole box of fresh tomatoes, straight from the farm. Today it will simmer down into a wonderful base for my sauce that I can tuck away into the freezer for use later. I have another batch coming in from my contractor later this month.

Forgot to post these last week when they arrived. I do love that pre-order surprise, though. Also, someone at Funko has a sense of humor, since the Angel & Caitlyn Pop were in the same shipping box. LOL

Crazy week for me. Middle of the day Tuesday 1/3 of the tree in my front yard decided it didn't like all that wind and crashed out. Only managed to dent the gutter. My handyman cleaned it up yesterday.
