A variety show of creative experiments mixing art, music, programming, and more.
At the same time, I see that this is how two-page spreads look in digital comics/manga. And similarly webtoons are a big vertical stack of images (though there you can freely scroll)

Oh wow somehow I never realized that the images line up perfectly when you swipe like this! This is giving me ideas for tilings and other multi-frame artworks 🤔

Here are some more examples. It takes some trial and error. You can get some nice flower shapes and squiggles like these. Other times you get a mess of spaghetti.

If anyone tries the live version and makes an interesting path, I'd love to see!

This is but a random sample of what Mathroidvania has to offer.

And somehow, no matter what area of the map you explore, you keep encountering references to the mysterious "Euler". the game lore runs deep.

Easily missable: there's a radio drama that plays any sound you could possibly imagine. Fourier Series, it's called.

You have to interact with the radio over and over though, which is not not obvious. 📻

Don't look down when traversing the Integer Bridge, it's a descent into madness.

Between the integer planks things seem rational at first glance. But on further inspection there are irrational numbers in between! Some have looked even closer and found things are Surreal (numbers).

There's the Hyperbolic Funhouse. The name is a bit ironic. So many unfortunate souls have been lost in there, trying to find their way back to the entrance.

(if you've ever played HyperRogue that's what I'm referring to)

Agreed, such an expansive world! (Indeed, infinitely large)

There's the scenic Fibonacci lands, with fields of sunflowers and an a_bun_dance of rabbits.

You can stop by the Symmetry Group, whose warehouse is one of those dungeons where each door loops you right back to the same spot.

And the bottom of a ziploc bag got me most of the way towards DIY lamination - just cut, fold and tape.

I just started playing Promise Mascot Agency yesterday. From the soundtrack and delightfully absurd gameplay I already see that a lot of human care went into it. That's what I'm here for!

I'm still very new at pixel art and animation, but I'm excited about how this turned out!

Ooh, thanks for the recommendation! So far I've only read Uzumaki and this Frankenstein adaptation.

Last month I read the book, the manga, and watched the del Toro film. I guess this is me wishing to see justice for the creature as a palate cleanser haha

(I do recommend the film! Note that it's quite a bit different than the book)

<creature's chosen name>, Elizabeth and Henry are like "...yeah we need to intervene. Victor's becoming a monster, not just online."

Things get tricky when they want to take things offline and the creature is shy about it. But the friends are supportive in the end. Victor is not.

But not everything in online gaming is wholesome. Maybe online, Victor is a bully. He's great at chemistry, but he's terrible at gaming and he feels inferior because of it.
