Ivy Steele will return to the UK after the August 9 show.

Ivy had been wrestling in TJPW while in Japan on a university exchange program.

With her one-year study abroad now complete, she will return home to resume studies at her university in the UK.

For those aware of what's happening in the online joshi space regarding Quincey aka Slapviper, I made a statement about it all on my Discord reaffirming our values, and thanking everyone for not being a fkkn creep 🙃

There can be no tolerance for this type of behavior in the wrestling space.
CW: I'll be discussing someone else's alleged self harm in this post as well as matters of sexual conduct. I'm okay so don't worry about that. Hey everyone, I'd like to take a moment to address a situation happening in the online joshi space that occurred while I was out on vacation, and only recently learned was mentioned in. You'll see, it's very weird. If you're not aware, Quincey aka Slapviper is a youtuber who creates videos about joshi pro wrestling, and is extremely active on twitter and discord spaces. A few months ago they were outted in a bizarre case of revenge porn for having used autographs he purchased from joshi wrestlers for use in sexually explicit videos. I am not chronically online enough to have heard about this at the time. As most of you are aware I actively try to limit my time spent on my phone and online. This is mostly due to working from a desk for a living so I see limiting screentime during the non-working hours as part of an attempt at a healthy lifestyle (lol). I also limit my mobile notifications to phone, text, weather emergencies, and that's about it. So when I received the attached dm from Quincey profusely apologizing for their actions, this was actually how I found out what was happening, and proceeded to ghost them. They'd never been on this server so it wasn't something I felt we needed to discuss at the time. I mention all of this because last week while I was in CA, Quincey posted what he alleged was their su*cide note, and in it they wrote personalized messages to a number of people in the joshi space, myself included. However, today a collection of these people banded together to release a google doc exposing Quincey for their manipulative tactics, along with an organized list of photos they'd taken with joshi wrestlers alongside the sexually explicit comments he'd made about them in public discords. I won't be linking it here. We talk a lot about women's wrestling on this server, and that's primarily because it's the pro wrestling I'm watching more often than not. I'm very grateful to be able to say that I can count on one-hand the number of times I'd had to correct someone for making distasteful remarks about women's wrestlers on this server, and I'm pretty sure those people aren't around to see this message anymore. So as I say this, I'd just like to be clear that it's not because any of you did anything wrong, or that its a warning in any real sense. It's more that I'd just like to reaffirm something that I think we all know. It's not okay to discuss any talent in a sexually explicit way, and sexually explicit content won't be tolerated in any of my spaces, including this server. Pro wrestling is certainly a body/looks business, and discussing these elements is always going to happen. However there is a difference between appreciating ones looks, and expressing that appreciation, and making crude, explicit comments. A good rule to follow is if you wouldn't say it to the persons face at the meet-and-greet, don't say it about them online. Again, this isn't something we've ever really had a problem with here. I think we've all done a great job of being able to curate a kind, good natured community. I just wanted you all to know that I'm aware of what's happening in the scene right now and if anyone tried to act the way Quincey did it would not be tolerated.
