Here are my Shelter CPI expectations ahead of the data drop.
Housing cost growth is coming down. IMO housing is unlikely to be a driver of higher near-term inflation.
For Thursday's release, expecting OER 0.28% (3.37% ann.), Rent 0.25% (3.10% ann.)
