I bought a protractor and triangle set recently and learned how to use them so im pretty excited to draft some sketches and color them in with my chartpak ad markers

I recently started inking with a tachikawa g, but I've been trying to soak up as much info as I can. This is my first drawing with a dip pen. That's cool though. I want to do some masamune shirow studies.

I recently bought the primary color set from Daler Rowney. They are acrylic inks. The set includes 6 colors, each 1oz jars and one fine tip marker, I have 2 extra colors. I decided to do a swatch test in my sketch book so I wrote an a for each color. The white isnt very visible but its there 😆

I found this baby on the sidewalk, it looks like the hoop came undone somehow. So i took them home and washed them. I had no clue what it was just thought its a cute cat lol. I can't stand how cute it is but he's mine

reminds me of the maya codicies. the snakes are like the wires and the glyphs are the magnet cores that hold memory. the way they were explained just kinda remind me these, but thats crazy thats a ansel adams photograph

I got a new pen. I finally got the 3.8 pilot parallel pen to join my 6.0.
I'll be using it mostly now for practice and general writing. I'm addicted to the 6mm but it pisses ink like crazy. I'll instead use it for the color cartridges.

I wrote this a while ago but I just now thought to add a 3d and outline, added some bubbles to give it more depth as well.

Finally got a dip pen an a couple of calligraphy nibs to practice with. Im going to have to familiar my self with how to play with these. Also might have to get Bristol paper since my paper is getting eaten by the nib.
I did some practice and kinda happy with what I got. What do you think?
