This study for the first time revealed that histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) reduces HDAC1 K412 lactylation, which enhances cancer cell susceptibility to ferroptosis. PTM BIO provided L-lactyllysine antibody (PTM-1401RM), custom antibody, and lactylation proteomics analysis for this study.
