Rather than swilling American booze with her Big Oil friends, Smith should pay attention to governing. It took me 3 trips to a registry to change my BC to an Alberta driver's licence. All I wanted was to follow the law.

Smith can threaten and bluff but there will be no dilbit pipe to the Northwest of BC. Three times in 50 years this has been tried and the projects abandoned mostly because of fierce opposition by people on the north coast. Any proponent needs to know this.
