Winter is a great time to assess the health of your hedges. Without their leaves, it’s easier to see the structures and what might need a change. Winter is also a great time for management, both trimming and rejuvenation such as laying👇

We're very lucky to have talented artists supporting PTES and we love this beautiful snow leopard by our friend and supporter, artist Kate Moby. This hand-drawn illustration is rendered in inky cool tones using a bamboo pen which perfectly contrasts the soft flowing coat with piercing feline eyes.❄️🐾

Scarily, deadwood in living #trees is now a rare habitat, and the wildlife that relies on it rarer still.

Cherish ancient, hollow and dead trees, and keep deadwood in your garden wherever you can 💀🌲

Happy #Halloween! 🎃Do you know what's spookier than these deadwood trees?...not having #deadwood in trees😱

It's a natural much-needed habitat and just part of a tree's cycle.
