I've using this contraption all week. It's from an old fleece jacket. Seems to help maintain charge.

Remember to let your battery warm up in room temp before charging after a cold ride. Store battery in room temp to maintain battery life.

If from north to south, take millcreek ravine up to 78 Ave, go south on 91st. Take the alley east to 89 St. Go south on 89 st, cross 76 Ave. Then east on the alley. You should exit by The Conservatory. Then back down to the ravine.

This is the safest for me most days without battling with traffic.
