10USCs12406 under "protection of federal property" excuse is to provoke/stage a violent response, which then gives Trump justification to invoke Insurrection Act as prepped back on April 8th. Posse Comitatus effectively no longer matters.

The point though is that the Insurrection Act has been in the chamber ready to be fired since April 8th when the Committee allowed it. At sole discretion of POTUS, posse comitatus evaporates. He just needs a little violent flash as an excuse.

For the "parade." Because there could no other reason to have that much armoured materiel in the capitol district just handy nearby.
