I’m now in chapter 8 of DOOM: The Dark Ages, and it's a big improvement over Eternal. The difficulty is lower, the lore is clearer, the UI is friendlier, and the level design is more enjoyable.
However, I do miss double jump and Mick Gordon’s riffs.

I’m now in chapter 8 of DOOM: The Dark Ages, and it's a big improvement over Eternal. The difficulty is lower, the lore is clearer, the UI is friendlier, and the level design is more enjoyable.
However, I do miss double jump and Mick Gordon’s riffs.

Just finished replaying Resident Evil Zero. It wowed me back in 2002, but now I can’t ignore the flaws - awkward voice acting, filler levels, and an anime-style villain who feels out of place. Still, those visuals and classic tank controls hold up beautifully.
