A piece of Carl lore is that I played in a deathcore band for years and I've always loved the genre, but have been totally uninterested with where it's gone in recent years.
These albums have been rocking my shit lately though and I gotta say, I welcome the MySpace deathcore revival with open arms

Nothing has me feeling old like finding bands releasing debuts that are just unalloyed reimaginings of landmark albums from when I was a teen. I imagine this is what it must have felt like for old thrash heads when Municipal Waste first blew up #metalsky
