I def agree. With how easy it is just auto apply and companies needing to filter out apps somehow when you got thousands applying it’s atrocious.

If you haven’t make sure you updated all packages in the project. Then if it still isn’t fixed you can try exporting out the assets as a unity package to import into a fresh project.
