It's alright!! I think it's gotta be the cold or something. Fortunately I see my pain doctor in December although he doesn't do that much bc my dad was an addict

Fortunately I haven't been labeled as addicted or a major risk but the moderate risk is enough to make them timid. & It's wild that it's all done through an algorithm based on answers about my family members and my mood. As if untreated pain doesn't worsen that. Or as if I were my dad himself

"moderate" risk of abuse just because of that & being depressed sometimes as a result of the pain lmaoooo.

It's been kind of a game of tossing and turning until I can find just enough relief to sleep for a bit

My pain management doctor honestly kinda sucks so all he's really done for me has been maxed out Lyrica and epidurals which seem to provide little to no relief and aren't worth the effort.

They don't give me anything very useful because my dad was an addict until it killed him so I'm considered
