A reference showcasing the NSR OC, Ishtar, in two of their forms. There's two versions for each of these forms to show the change in palette from night (the purple-hot pink-almost white gradient) to day (the purple-pink-gold gradient). Their first phase is mostly fully human, & the second is a mix between human & alien (with the space patterns on their arms/legs, part of their face & ears showing, as well as a tail & clawed alien feet & hands, tentacle "hair", visible long fangs, glowing markings, tendrils along the base of their tail & back, & fin-like ears). A sketch page illustrating the ways in which an OC (Ishtar) uses their cosmic energy manipulation ability. The visual showcases sketches of ranged celestial themed attacks with stars, comets, & planetary constructs that release shockwaves, as well as their ability to use cosmic energy to form star barriers for defense, celestial themed tendrils that can strike, as well as cosmic energy blasts, each with descriptions on how they work. A graphic describing the cosmic energy abilities in the previous image. The text reads: "Cosmic Energy Manipulation / Examples of how it manifests. Capable of creating cosmic constructs through energy they obtain from the cosmos, which can take the form of weapons, attacks, instruments, or different objects they wish to create with it, each always bearing a space or astrology theme to it. Additionally, they’re fully able to imbue items/people with enchantments through their cosmic energy, especially with zodiacal enchantments. This helps make their witchcraft much more effective/potent for enchantments, but also carries the risk of rendering it completely useless if they slip up. In combat, they channel this through stardust imbued tentacles/tendrils that can pierce/strike, ranged cosmic energy attacks & blasts, & stars/planets/zodiacal themed constructs composed of cosmic energy that can strike an opponent &/or cause damage. Their cosmic energy also is used to channel arcane circles that operate akin to synthesizers, used to play their music & guide their magic in performances, though with this it's imperative they know what runes to sign on them with their fingertips & dance movements to incorporate into their rhythm & magic. Whenever they fuse magic with their performances, ALL their glowy magic will move & brighten or dim in sync with the beat they’re playing (in addition to the magic that illuminates the entire field & forms a glowy astrological circle under them). Their magic will always give off stardust-like glitter effects in the trails it leaves behind as well, or has tiny “stars” or illusory “constellations” that radiate off of it (touching these constellations will leave the person with a sort of temporary space or zodiac themed halo atop their head). "
