Ideal would be for someone not to dump all at once, but keep leaking at a rate designed to keep Trump discredited and uncomfortable. Don't fully dump it until just before midterms.

Honestly, safer to leak now - more (normal/non-Russia) countries willing to give asylum at this point than during the Obama or Trump 1.0 admins. The US is much more distrusted and disliked than it has been in the recent past.

Transnistria is basically a crypto-mining Mafia state (use cheap Russian gas to mine coins, suspect they're used to finance Putin's war) between Ukraine and Moldova, and a perpetual thorn in EU eastern flank. BTC dropping below $35,000 or so would make that market unprofitable even for them.
