To say something nice and for serious:

I’m a big fan of Canny Acumen, I find that in some cases it’s actually a better Incredible Initiative.

Having a +2 to Perception at all times is bar for bar better for a Wizard who won’t be rolling Alt-Skills like Stealth or Deception for Initiative.

It kinda hurts how small and meh the general feat list is. I understand the design space for
“These are stronger effects that we don’t want you getting easy access to through Items or Skill Feats”
but I don’t think they were implemented well.

Gunslingers having feats that revolve around utility is pretty cool, I kinda wish that they were wrapped into their subclasses.
Black powder boost on the Vanguard, the lock breaking one on the sniper etc

The easy answer is honestly probably a combination of connections, freelance availability(who available can they pay the least), and using it as an “audition” (yes writing samples exist but like some of these scenarios are laughably written).
