Even in Iowa, I live in a very blue bubble. People are so entrenched that admitting one is wrong is not going to come easily. The propaganda machine on the right is extremely powerful.

Currently Iowan - and not from Iowa City btw - the brain drain is underway. Incredible physician shortage here and the people voting red seem to have no idea the extent to which their vote is at their own peril.

We are losing sub specialists because of this year over year. Letting the insurance market decide what we are paid seems like such a bad idea.
