Scheduling compounds do more harm than good. It delays science and research for healing tools, and people keep taking these compounds regardless.

When we haven't been through an addiction, it can be hard to try to help those we love. We may feel lost and end up pressuring those we love. Once this happens, the person suffering from addiction will likely avoid you from escaping pressure.

We adopted the quote Addicts Are Also People at the start of this project in 2022 when covering the stories about people suffering from addiction.

Being an addict becomes a title.

It's almost as if you've stopped being a person to become 'Just an Addict.'

Fully understanding the mechanisms of action of neuroactive compounds is difficult due to their complexity and polypharmacology.

Coming from a media background. Situations such as these, even if unrelated, are enough to throw the compounds that we all love and have put energy into becoming legalized.

Always approach media with a pinch of salt, as media is heavily reliable on the shocking and sensational.
