I've been on a butter chicken kick. It's easily my current favorite dish. Takes a bit of work and planning (marinating chicken, soaking cashews overnight to make the cashew cream). I enjoy cooking. I also have a recipe for sourdough naan which uses my discard so I make that every few days lol.

Made a sourdough sandwich loaf. It's a little misshapen, but it cut real well (probably need to cut a lil thinner) and I made a sandwich for lunch today so we'll see how it tastes later.

Sourdough pancakes at the request of the fam. Fluffy. Big hit.

Made my first "proper" sourdough boule. (mix, rest, stretch and fold x4, ferment for 8 hours, shape and fold, fridge ferment for over 12 hours, baked in preheated Dutch oven) it's cooling now, but looks legit. I'm not very artistic with my scoring lol
