One minute saying Scotland has to pay more because of all the cost of transmitting electricity and gas to their wide geographical areas, then stating how they need to get the wind power all the way down from Scotland to the south of England. Absolutely. So much for it being funded by the licence fee. The fee payers are being fed a right-wing agenda and any complaints are just ignored.
