rushing out an EP for bandcamp friday, tracks are as done as they were gonna be, i already moved on, i just don't know how i feel about them. but i need to just release stuff whether i'm hyped about it or not so it's out there and i can move on. it's not bad or anything, just not great imo.

at this point i pretty much just have to render a video of my EP for youtube. everything else is ready to go. might wait for oct 1st for the release date tho.
i'm very happy with it, and happy to move on as well, i've started work on a few new things i'm very excited for.

planning to make bootlegs of my own album to sell at local markets (i can't afford professional production) along with little cards with a free download code, which i'll also sell separately for the the album price. and maybe merch for fun

a little rant about the terminology of AI: don't call it 'AI art', that affirms it as a form of art, valid or not. call it an 'AI generated image' or 'AI generated video'. It is not a form of art, it is not valid. do not validate it as 'art' by calling it as such.

last minute i decided to re-record the lyrics for everything on Blood Drive. changed some lyrics and i think it sounds better and is more cohesive with my vision for it. it's gonna be tough but oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i've decided to pare down Blood Drive to 5 tracks, so it should be done very very soon.

Blood Drive is nearing completion. Most tracks have at least lyrics now and many have finished vocals. I hit a bit of a set back when switching to the newest version of FL, it broke one of my tracks. :[ But it was one I was reconsidering anyway, so not too much trouble. Just need a replacement.
