Already started migration to portable solution: Firefox for browsing, Immich for the photos, Looking into sync solution. I used #linux for 22 years, I still beat myself up for moving to Apple, but those fan-less laptops were so attractive. And now I am paying the price 😳

Hum.. the algo did a thing today and served me the Job's introduction of Aqua ... this new design might look revolutionary, but looking back at initial Aqua looks like a small improvement over the original. We just get blur and some dynamism. I love the original Aqua so I'll love this too.

That would have been so cool. Unfortunately the technology was not there back then, when we use to have those gorgeous hardware designs...

OMG the speedos are amazing. Would it make sense to sell only outside of US, i.e. without tariffs. Not sure how it would affect your business...

Or, and here's an idea, allow it to merge with the url bar like Safari... and you are 10 years late to the party, this was possible with plugins for a long long time...

"At this point we would expect you to be a very very happy and accomplished given how you look now". That's a joke, but I honestly hope you are happy and content 😘

I use uBlock origins, but what I really enjoy is Stylus; infinite tweaking of any web app to make it pleasant to use (visually). Sometimes I also reach for Greasemonkey but not that much.

Tested in the live example on your blog as well, same behavior. I don't understand, could it be something OSX specific?

Retested by copying the example (final) code to empty html and tested on MacOS latest (Safari, Firefox, Chrome), confirming, I cannot double click on the text covered by the extended header. Maybe I am not using the correct example (using "the final code")

Thanks, one note though: while it lets the clicks go through, it does not do so for text selection (i.e. pointer click and drag to select text, dbl clicks etc) which can be a deal breaker for some, maybe acknowledging it in the article could be helpful.

Web only here, even in the phone, it has some small bugs on Safari, but it is generally okay

Nah, just takes time to migrate, once I find someone here I add them here and remove them from Twitter, I guess it would take a few weeks, ideally I would not need to open that X thing anymore sooner rather than later
