Yeah that’s the problem I run into when I have tried to engage with conservatives, they’re usually ignorant on the topics they claim to care about. Wrt to trans people, I’ll ask what treatment they advocate for in place of gender affirming care and 9 times out of 10, they’ve never even thought of it

Gender and even sex are social, not biological, categories. They’ve never been strictly biological categories. We didn’t even have the ability to test for sex chromosomes for most of human history.

That’s not true and you know it. Visibly trans women get attacked no matter what they say or do. Believe it or not, the trolls do not check a person’s politics before targeting them for harassment.
