You guys keep posting this but like I've said due to the way trump worded his words during his rally on Jan 6 2021 ending it peacefully and patrioticly meaning non violent and because of that that and the technicalities no the 14th amendment sect 3 doesn't apply to trump

He said it at his speech before anything even was going to happen id aslo mention they did infact proove he used Twitter to tell people to go home but Twitter kept pulling it down but I do agree with you that he should have public on TV told people to go home

It normally would work but due to trump ending his speech back then with peacefully and patrioticly it wouldn't be able to be applied im not trying to be the stick in the mud here I'm just saying because of the way he ended his speech it won't apply that's because of the technicalities in the laws

All i posted was why trump wasn't found responsible and why the 14th amendment doesn't apply if your not happy with it then oh well laws aren't ran by emotions but with technicalities as what I said was due to technicalities

I'm no trump supporter but even I who's looked at those charges understands most of them violate the statue of limitations also not one of them is technically a felony their all miss deminors that the judge wrongly allowed to be changed to miss deminors the judge has overstepped the law

When u use docerd videos and pictures as evidence it's extremely illagal the fact they didn't even show all the video phootage that day and only selected ones with us seeing more now is way not ok

It was a massive fine this is facts and secondary it had nothing to due with Medicaid it didn't help people pay for it your giving false information to people some of us who couldn't afford it end up with fines my cousins fine ended up being $6400 because she couldn't afford it
