I’m feeling anxious today. There’s plenty to be anxious about but usually I can redirect the energy to something more positive. I think I misjudged the impact of the inauguration and I should have taken care of myself instead of doing taxes, and other adulting. I’ve got a plan now. Hugs to all.

I’m looking forward to some snow, hold the ice. I asked a group of friends today who was looking forward to the snow storm and their faces lit up! It feels like a free day, doesn’t it? Part nostalgia about school days, some excitement about the beauty and the quiet that it brings.

I vacillate between it’ll be ok and feeling doomed. I get some relief from 1) He’s lazy and restructuring everything is a lot of work. 2) The people he’s appointed will not last just like the others. I’d like some other thoughts along this line of reasoning if you’re game.
