I really need to find a new job! That or find smarter people to work with!

All I want for Christmas is to get back to loving my job, enjoying coming to work, and not having to worry about my boss micromanaging me, or my colleagues having a tangent about something stupid!

I really don’t know how my boss is so overweight, this MF has spent more time looking busy and also going behind everything everyone else does to find issues and report them!
