As a newly qualified solicitor I felt like I should know all the answers (and felt deficient when I didn't) but now I realise the job is all about asking the right questions. I wish I'd known that 25 years ago!

It looks like quite a significant amendment to Clause 25 and the re-introduction of 'one establishment' for the purposes of s188 thresholds, subject to the power to introduce a higher threshold across multiple establishments? At least, that's my (probably inept) reading of it...
