We played the first #boardgame outside this year and it was pretty heavy. Clinic is a great game but a real brain burner, it outranks several Lacerda games on weight in our opinion. Certainly needs a couple of more plays to fully grasp it all.

Today we explored the nine circles of hell in the #boardgame Inferno. It seems that we both are good heathens because we shared the victory 😜.

We played two games by the designers duo S.J. Macdonald & Shem Phillips this weekend. Won the brain burner "Scholars of the South Tigris" and lost "Viscounts of the West Kingdom". Great fun as always...

Started reading 'Happiness' by Shuuzou Oshimi. 'The Flowers of Evil (Aku no Hana)' by him is one of my all time favorite manga series and this one is getting pretty close. His artwork is just incredible! More info anilist.co/staff/101579....

The son had no school today (only 100 days to go and if all goes well he graduates) so we had time to play a #boardgame. Lost terrible but enjoyed 'Ginkgopolis' by the best designer in Belgium 'Xavier Georges' so much I really had a blast!

Like I said last week the Circadians came to visit. Lost terrible with 'Chaos Order' yesterday but was victorious today in 'First Light'. Two great #boardgames by Sam Macdonald from New Zealand who is mostly known for his collaborations with Shem Phillips. The shelf of shame is empty again 🤓.
