Agree. 2024 presentation by the BBC was terrible. The problem is the obvious lack of knowledge by a lot of the journalists about basic psephology and constituency histories. In 1979 David Butler sat next to David Dimbleby throughout the broadcast offering expert level analysis.

The area contained in the current Earley and Woodley constituency was entirely within the boundaries of the 1974-83 Reading South constituency.
