Amazing response at the VIGIL FOR PALESTINE in Stroud on Friday, at wallbridge in front of the @ecotricity.bsky.social HQ with the big Palestinian Flag. Upwards of 200 people present, along with Stroud Red Band who led the vigil.

Friday 6 December marked a year since the death of Palestinian poet and scholar REFAAT ALAREER in a targeted Israeli airstrike on his apartment that killed him and his entire family.
We read out his poem IF I MUST DIE as a group in his honour.

Stroud Red Band stopped and played BELLA CIAO for us as they marched past us leading the parade.

STROUD CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL
Stroud District PSC have worked together with Stroud Parents for Palestine to create a christmas tree of birds flying free from the rubble.
Each of the birds was designed and painted by young children at an event we held at Stroud Brewery last week.
