I keep red cards detailing rights when confronting ICE or LE on me at all times for clients & family. It won’t prevent the abuse but might mitigate it. The problem is that ICE categorizes anyone asserting their rights as a flight risk, which usually means they’re denied bail… www.ilrc.org/red-cards
