For my cervical insufficient ppl: I also recommend real photos of what a cerclage/coochielage looks like. They really drawstring your cervix and stitch it that way. The costs are usually diminished: cervical rupture, scar tissue, and it still can yield preterm labor (which it’s supposed to prevent)
