The shame I've experienced from the dentist's office put me off from going there for about 10 years. I recently had to get a root canal because of it. Dentists shouldn't shame their patients.

That's a part of the problem, unwinding has always been difficult for me. Browsing my phone has been the main way of spending my free time, but I end up reading the news or hearing about it on social media. I need new ways to unwind lol
