This year marks the 90th anniversary of W.E.B. Du Bois’ incisive socio-historical analysis of why the Reconstruction era failed. The time couldn’t be more ripe for educators, students, practitioners, and policymakers to read and ponder his arguments. Hurry, it could be illegal to do so soon.
