Because the messsges on Signal automatically delete and therefore can’t be requested by FOIA when anybody wants to know what their government is doing

Of course, DeepSeek’s own developer/owner bought up 50000 Nvidia chips before exporting them was banned. Pretty clever move- use other (American) developers to invent what you can then usurp to make it easier and rake in the cash!
