Also, I paid for my own college degree out of my own pocket because I was screwed out of the ability to apply for loans. I took full advantage of the federal pell grant to help me get a degree for the potential of a better job to support my family. Sorry kids. No pell grants for you either.

Meanwhile as I scrolled through the channels, there were more than a dozen news networks available and five of them had Trump's face as there was some garbage about dismantling the dept. of education. Only two channels for PBS.

I'm not even surprised though. I remember early 2020, just before the pandemic, Trump wanted to cut funds to PBS. This was always the plan, the pandemic just delayed it.

Getting frustrated with life leads me to Machine Head, Gojira, Soulfly and In Flames as of late. +1 for Candlemass. I haven't listened to them in a long time.
