This self portrait photograph is from 2022. My first ever nude self portrait session. The reaction on instagram on my original account from this is beyond any imagination. Which gave me confidence to create so much more. Sadly before my last account was taken down by Meta.

I am much more open with my body than I used to be and I understand others are. But a common experience I have found from others like me is the amazing freedom and feeling of being honest since I have.

I think it is a very healthy practice to take time. Care for your body. Its the only think you really own. As an artist I remember being given a view finder . A frame basically. We would use it to learn proportions and choose an area of the subject that we would create art of.
