Thank you! I actually sold this painting at a show just last week!
To make the circles, I cut some circular stencils out of some cardstock with an x-acto knife. I applied black paint, then white, through each using an airbrush.
(I also cut out the jellyfish with an x-acto...that was a nightmare)

There are a few names for! "Acrylic pour" and "fluid art" are the two most common, probably.

I've been experimenting around with it for the last 2 years or so, trying to find a sweet spot that clicks well. I just need to stop being lazy about it! =P

The obvious level of care and detail that went into this is genuinely impressive! Great work! I wish I had that kind of patience.
