So no steak for me tonight. My wife’s amazing seafood casserole. Freshly made. Scallops, lobster, crab meat, quahogs in a creamy cheese sauce. Yummy yum yum!

I get what you’re saying Jack. My wife will take lobster over steak any day. I have a preference for Acadian traditional food. "Poutine Râpée" which is nowhere near to the cheese curd style of fries that are served almost everywhere now. Photo of said "Poutine "

From experience I can tell you that for those that have never had some they look somewhat unappealing. The final product is a greyish ball of potatoes with the pork inside the centre of the ball. But they are definitely delicious. See photo of finished product
