This will tighten the noose around the. Areas and the viable action is needed . Unfortunately ai many are looking at leaving the area due to this development. It's not safe !

After writing to the council the stated that it does not qualify for affordable housing. Theses 9 houses will be overpriced, cause logistics issues for medical vehicles and waste disposal, drainage system will have to be redone as 100 yrs old .action is needed now!

We did the same but the council refused for us as a community to be heard even with foi request which actually states prejudice in the request to build
