Saw a skeet doing numbers this morning that was AI slop posted by an account whose bio begins with “artist”. Uh, huh. Bots and opportunists meming up a storm right now for Newsome. I’ve seen no evidence that his Trump-style tweets have made any traction with anyone outside blue anon.

Essentially they promised him they’d sign him as soon as his collegiate season ended and add him to the NHL roster. I view it as a negotiation. Obviously the team believes it’s worth burning a year to sign him.

Agree 100% with all of that - they got me, too. And if history tells us anything, it’s that they’ll suddenly show a spark and play reasonably well once they’re mathematically eliminated from the playoffs!

Monty’s not going anywhere. However, this is getting to the point where I won’t be shocked if Army trades #18 at the deadline. Saad needed to be moved, but wasn’t the shock to the system that this group apparently needs.
