Ours is an anti-fragile approach, mixed with a little disrupting of the status quo
Graham Marshall + Prof Rhiannon Corcoran
Our Backin' Birkenhead Community Sessions begin on Saturday with a Walking Conversation around town.

The question of the day is, "What does Birkenhead feel like to you?"

We'll start out from MAKE around 10:30

It's taken some time building up the Backin' Birkenhead Town Team, but we're ready to start conversations now on the future of the town. Everyone with an interest in the town is invited to come along, join in, and help get things moving...

Understanding evolutionary psychology is essential if we are to understand ourselves and where we are going

Always intended getting one, but ended up with two full size ones instead!
The brindle one was a rescue and more than a bit eccentric and sleepy...

I was engrossed with DaDaism and Surrealism at school and college, fully appreciated Geoffrey Jellicos' designs, and quietly experimented with these ideas in my own work...

But I can't compute the irrational nightmare that is unfolding in America...

Perhaps it's a time for a Dada Renaissance

Interesting, Jamie, but there are greater understandings of behaviour coming through that go far beyond what Jane had to work with
Unfortunately, the dark side understand it and use this psychological against society

I thought bonfire night was a celebration of the foiling of the gunpowder plot
We've just had a re-enactment of a Somme barrage over Liverpool, and the 'dads' aren't event home for their tea yet

Braced for riduculosness in an hour!

Our daughter Mattie, after a difficult school life, graduated with a first class degree last year and got a distinction in her MSc this year
She's joining the police in December with the goal of becoming a detective! Sociopaths watch out, she's relentless!

Yes, nothing is broken, so I can get back to renovating the house in a week or so. Off to Belfast for the rest of the week mentoring a community there, so nothing stressful

Should have let go of the lead when the Rottweiler set off after her friend - landed flat on my face!

Why not Barrow-in-Furness or Faslane... perhaps he was feeling Churchillian

Oops, I've just been on Twitter by mistake on a group account

Lilly Allen popped up in the notification about returning a puppy, & in her long Tweet, she mentioned the "racially driven xenophobic riots"

Responses are like a zombie march from the Walking Dead - then I realised I wasn't on Bluesky!

Agree - far too much emphasis on feeding the economy with workers

Aesthetics is just as slippery a concept as design & not seperate from it

Its easy to objectively identify poor design & aesthetics

Good design & aesthetics become more a matter of taste

Aesthetics in simple form is about how places look to people - that shapes behaviour, wellbeing & life choices

This Facebook group seems to have collected up all the lunatics in the country

Now that they are identified, it would be a kindness to take them all away for treatment

The admin posts whopping anti-Labour lies, and then a host of followers 'remember those days well', good and bad

It's a cult!
