Since the Constitution explicitly grants to Congress the power to establish post offices, how can Trump just absorb the the USPS without an amendment to the Constitution. Wouldn't Article 1 Section 8 Clause 7 bar this without an amendment? Do you think the conservative SCOTUS will allow it?

We need to start suing republican congresspeople for breach of fiduciary duty, failure to act, being complicit in the takeover of our personal information and failure to stop the constitutional crisis. Do everything possible to put pressure on them.
